Doodle Shooter Controls
Keyboard bindings, controller inputs, and your first rooftop escape.
Movement gives you options when a wave crowds the street. Before you play Doodle Shooter, learn the basic inputs and try each one in Solo Survival.
Keyboard and mouse controls
These bindings are transcribed from the embedded game’s start screen. Q and E operate the grapple; F is the quick katana slash.

Build a movement chain
Begin with WASD and Space. Press Space again in the air for a double jump, or again against a wall for a wall jump. C or Ctrl slides while grounded and dashes while airborne.
Tap Q or E to swing on the grapple, hold to reel in, and jump to launch. Practice this in open space before trying it with enemies nearby. You do not need to memorize a perfect route: the goal is to keep an exit available.

When the mouse seems stuck
The game captures your mouse to control the camera. Press Esc to release it or pause. Click the game again to return focus. On this site, touchscreen gameplay is not offered.
